April 21st, 2025 / Philadelphia, PA – Last week, Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and Sifford Scholars agreed to a collaboration that will allow eligible Sifford Scholars who attend TMCF member schools, to apply for leadership development programs (Dev Con & Leadership Institute) offered by TMCF.
