Located at the crossroads of counties and diverse communities, Cobbs Creek will naturally become a hub of vital engagement, social interaction, and constant learning. But it’s not enough to build it so people will come. We have listened first to community members and local leaders—reflecting in our plans their input, expectations, and aspirations.
