We take great pride in this land, and it’s our responsibility to care for it. With this restoration on our 350 acres of Fairmount Park, we plan not only to revitalize and restore a course designed by legendary architect Hugh Wilson, but to to heal Cobbs Creek’s waterways, create up to 40 new acres of wetlands, and establish a floodplain protection plan. These changes will help to ensure the stability of the creek for years to come.

By turning this property into a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, we want to set a higher bar for the city when it comes to creating eco-spaces. This restored land will not only be here for future generations to enjoy, but to help connect our three surrounding communities together as one.
