The Cobbs Creek Foundation (CCF) is deeply committed to enriching the lives of young people. To further our commitment to investing in the future of Philadelphian youth, the CCF has partnered with the Impact Center—a non-profit created by lifelong educators dedicated to igniting purpose in our youth—to create Impact at Cobbs Creek. Together we are building a community informed state-of-the-art Education and Community Engagement Center designed to bring resources to the children of the surrounding communities of West Philadelphia and Upper Darby.

To partner with the surrounding community in co-developing and delivering transformative, high quality educational programs designed to nurture social-emotional well-being and prepare youth for post-secondary success, and to invite youth to discover and achieve their fullest potential through character-rich golf programs and meaningful engagement in their community.

The Impact at Cobbs Creek team is guiding the creation of an Education and Community Engagement Center at Cobbs Creek that features innovative programming designed to enhance academic achievement, career readiness, financial education, community cohesion, and golf skills and values.

The resulting Cobbs Creek Education and Community Engagement Center will amplify our mission to propel an equitable future for generations to come by establishing the Cobbs Creek Golf Course and Education Campus as a beacon of student leadership. Through authentic and sustained community collaboration, the Center will offer transformative investments in the community surrounding Cobbs Creek, as well as the greater Philadelphia region, along with authentic and sustained community collaboration.

Programming at the Center will support the next generation’s drive to make a difference while nurturing an enhanced sense of social responsibility, community awareness, and empathy.
